For more than 25 years Lowry has provided reliable AIDC hardware repair service to thousands of customers. Lowry is an Authorized Service Provider for name brand products such as Zebra, Printronix, Intermec, Datamax, Symbol and HP. Our service team is trained to service most brands of bar code printers such as thermal, thermal transfer, laser, and line matrix. Our nationwide network is available to service 1 or 2 printers up to complete enterprise printing needs. Lowry also services RF products and scanners, and automated labeling systems. Our service team is available 24x7 for technical support.

TLC Program – Total Lowry Care (TLC) is a flexible service program that encompasses labels, ribbons, supplies and printer maintenance. Depending on the program, free print heads can be added as an option.

TLC warranty – All consumables supplied by Lowry are warranted by Lowry for their quality and performance. Under TLC, your whole system is warranted and guaranteed for optimal performance.

Extended replacement warranty – A five-year extended replacement warranty is available to Lowry TLC customers. During the first five years, if equipment has been continuously covered by Lowry’s TLC program and has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or neglect – and given Lowry cannot bring the equipment back to its acceptable operating standards – the equipment will be replaced with a unit of equal value!
