This service provides for the design and development of a custom training
program to support a Lowry solution.
Custom Training includes:
- Performance of a needs analysis to determine audience and level of technical detail required.
- Recommendation of training approach and delivery method.
- Design and development of training material.
- Testing, change management, and problem resolution based on a beta run of the training courseware.
- Provision of materials developed in appropriate electronic format.
- Training delivery can be arranged separately based on the delivery method chosen; Train-the-trainer and/or shared delivery are also options.
We at Lowry will assign a training manager, who will act as a single contact
for the customer for this service. This person will work with the Project Manager to perform needs analysis,
develop specific Statement of Work, schedule, and acceptance criteria. This person will also develop the training materials,
conduct a review of the materials for acceptance by the customer. The training manager
will deliver the training as specified by the training plan to the customer’s personnel
and provide a copy of all documentation and course material.
