Site Survey
– Surveying a site for coverage is the
first step in the installation process for a
wireless system. A Site Survey provides for
measurement and analysis of a site by a
certified radio technician, trained in
network design, to determine the equipment
locations required to ensure 100% radio
coverage in areas desired. A Site Survey
results in a detailed specification
addressing network design, equipment
placement, power considerations, and wiring
requirements for a specific site that serves
as a guide for installing and verifying the
wireless communication infrastructure and
enables that work to be quoted.
System
Installation – On-site
assistance in network cabling, software
installation, startup, host connection,
terminal and network configuration, testing,
and documentation of the wireless
network.
System
Training – On-site,
one-on-one, hands-on introduction for
administrative or operations staff to network
operation, initialization, reconfiguration,
operational maintenance, and simple problem
identification and trouble-shooting.
Project
Management – Project
Management encompasses all the activities
required to plan, coordinate, and manage all
aspects of a project from concept to
production. Project management from Lowry
provides you a single point of contact for
this coordination and ensures timely
communication and change management through
action plans, review meetings, and status
reports. As a focal point, the Lowry project
manager works closely with all levels of your
organization to ensure that requirements are
well understood and documented, keeping user
involvement high and goals and expectations

manager documents and assesses the impact of
any changes and issues that arise, works to
resolve them, and assists in developing
