With the Lowry On-line Support Center customers can:
- Confirm request has been logged and check for accuracy
- View all open service requests logged
- View ETA's and detailed request information
- View history of all service requests logged
- Search for service requests using specific search criteria for open and closed requests
- View actions taken on each unit - repair time, parts replaced, etc…
- Display depot, on-site and help desk orders
The Lowry On-line Support Center is available to all customers with a Lowry agreement - service, label, support, etc. For those customers without a Lowry agreement the Lowry On-line Support Center can be accessed for a small fee or as a member of our priority club.
