Lowry Produce Solution is an inventory control system and software application that securely captures and shares case-level traceability information in real-time. Meeting standardized food safety and quality certification programs, our solution promotes faster detection and removal of contaminated foods from the fresh produce supply chain.

How It Works

Built on a Microsoft® platform, Lowry’s solution integrates Motorola® handheld mobile computers (bar code and RFID), and Zebra Technologies® mobile printing solutions. The solution starts with accurate, standardized and durable labels for cases and pallets. Labels are read at ‘touch points' in the supply chain — from growers, packer/shippers, distributors to retailers. All labels comply with GS1 bar code and EPCglobal RFID standards.
