Lowry Secure Visibility™ Labor Tracking is a mobile time-tracking system that integrates labor tracking data into any payroll package. This easy-to-use software accurately collects real-time attendance, breaks, production, time and labor data. Labor Tracking is implemented on either Motorola MC9090G handhelds or the MC75 PDA's.

How It Works

Secure Visibility Labor Tracking system captures an employee's identification number by scanning the individual's card (via bar code or RFID) and automatically associating the worker with the unit (farm, ranch, lot) and the type of work being performed (weeding, thinning, picking, etc.). This information is displayed on the handheld mobile computer for the manager to view and edit as necessary. After the data has been checked for accuracy, the manager can synchronize it via cellular or wireless local area network. The data is seamlessly integrated into the host payroll system, allowing for quick data processing.

The Secure Visibility Labor Tracking application has multi-language capabilities. For example, indicate which employees prefer Spanish, and the screens will automatically switch from English to Spanish.
